Orange Berries Panna Cotta. This creamy Panna Cotta is a great make-ahead dessert that's easy to pull off and pretty enough for a special occasion. Because Panna Cotta is so often served at restaurants, it's easy to think of it as complicated or fancy. But it's one of the easiest desserts you can make yourself.
I'm not a fan of frozen berries and fresh are not available so I served it with rhubarb and strawberry compote.
When the panna cotta has set, move a knife around the edges of the ramekin or glasses to loosen it, and gently shake each onto individual plates.
Add the orange juice and confectioners sugar and mix together.
Kalian dapat menyiapkan Orange Berries Panna Cotta menggunakan 5 bahan bahan dan 3 langkah. Berikut cara kalian untuk memasak itu.
Bahan bahan
- Kalian perlu 300 ml orange juice kemasan.
- Kalian perlu 80 ml whip cream cair.
- Kalian perlu 1/2 sdt jelly powder (me: nutrijel plain).
- Kalian perlu 2 sdm gula pasir (sesuaikan aja tingkat kemanisannya).
- Siapkan Secukupnya selai buah (me; homemade raspberry compote).
Keep the berry mixture refrigerated until you're ready to serve the panna cotta. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Turn out onto serving plates. (Or scoop panna cotta into dessert dishes). Spoon berries alongside or on top of panna cotta.

- Masak orange juice, whip cream cair, jelly powder dan gula hingga larut mendidih. Tuang kedalam cup/wadah dan dinginkan. Sajikan dengan toping selai buah..
