- Bagi adonan menjadi 3,lalu bentuk panjang2 seperti pipa.besar kecil adonan bisa disesuaikan sesuai selera ya.
- Kemudian potong2 sepanjang 4cm.
- Buat saosnya,camour semua bahan saos dalam mangkok kecil aduk hingga rata.teksturnya seperti pasta.tes rasa.
- Panaskan 300ml air.
- Masukkan saos tteokbokki tadi,setelah mendidih masukkan tteokbokki,dan telur rebus.
- Jika saos sudah agak mengental matikan api.tteokbokki siap disantap dengan kimbab atau jumeokbap.
